Depsite some reports that interest rates were going to move up solidly in March, we have yet to see huge upward movement in the rates! Depending on where you look, 30 year mortgages are still hanging right around the 5% interest mark, and the 15 year mortgages in the low to mid 4's.
It is still a great time to buy!
