In closing, I just want to encourage you. I want you to know that even though there are tough times going on with job cuts and businesses and health care and the economy, the sky is not falling. The Lewis Clark Valley has been through times worse than this, and we are going to come out strong and better than ever.
The real estate market is in a slower state than normal, but by no means is it lifeless. Hopefully with some of the information I have given you today you can make better, more informed choices as you buy, sell, and stay put here in the Valley.
Next time I will like look at some of the "real reasons" people buy... or should buy... houses.
