Making it Win-Win
Numerous would-be buyers have lost out on a purchase when they did not heed their agent's counsel. For instance, when negotiating a purchase and sale a agreement, the buyer's financial terms need to be as strong as that buyer can afford. If not, another offer could be presented simultaneously (as usually is the case). The winner will be the offer which considers both the seller's and buyer's needs. A strong offer is a win-win strategy. No Second Chances
Many folks who have not bought or sold in the past decade feel they will go in low because they can always increase their offer. They also use past negotiating techniques which sellers are not willing to adhere to when there is more demand than supply. Most times, there is no second chance.Again, we REALTORS® who work the trenches daily have wise counsel; That is what we are paid to do! A joint effort with all parties will bring the highest good for all parties to the transaction.
My highest gratification is to:
- Pair a buyer with the perfect property fit,
- Have a full smile, and
- Have a handshake of thanks and appreciation at the closing table!
