Lewiston Orchards Homes for Sale

The newest homes for sale in the Lewiston Orchards area can be found on our Orchards community page. We try to update this page daily so you will always be able to see what's new in the area. In addition, you will be able to see if a home is pending a sale.

As of today, seven of the ten newest Lewiston Orchards listings are pending. Probably due to the lowered interest rates, the market is starting to pick up once again.

May 2006 Home Sales Report

Valley home sales were a bit slow in the beginning of May, but began to pickup towards the end of the month as the sun dried up the thunderstorms. The home sale stats below are strictly residential properties and does not include sale of land or commercial real estate.
