Median Home Price is on the Rise

Nationally home prices are still on the rise!! After increases of nearly 13 percent on already existing homes last year, the median home prices are still projected to go up another 6.1 percent in 2006. Currently the median price in the nation is $208,800, but if increase continue as projected the median will reach $221,400.

New contruction has also been seeing an increase in median prices. The current median is at $233,100 but with a projected increase of 7.3 percent it can reach $250,100. This increase is a reflection of higher construction costs for builders.

Community and Client Moving Van

As a team we are always trying to think of new and innovative ways to serve our clients and our community. This is why we purchased our very own moving van that can be used free of charge. Many people have probably seen our van in various areas in the Lewiston/Clarkston valley, and that is because it used by many community groups for whatever needs they may have. We have found that groups enjoy using the van for big events to make their event planning easier. For instance, we have a church group using it this weekend for a Super-Bowl Party. They are moving couches from various locations to the church with the van to provide comfortable seating for their Party. This is just one example of the creative ways our van is used. We want to serve our community, and our van is just one symbol of that commitment to serve.
