Jim over in Charlottesville did some interesting statistics about his area. We thought it was a great idea to look at ours as well. So for those interested about how the Pareto Principle looks in the Lewis-Clark Valley, here it is!

By the way, a "side" means the agent took part in either the buying side or the selling side of a transaction.

45% REALTORS have had more than 5 sides.
37% REALTORS had one to five sides.
13% REALTORS did not make a single sale this year.

The average REALTOR in the valley has bought or sold 8 sides this year.

39 (20%) REALTORS generated 885 (54%) sides.
1298 (80%) sides by 77 (39%) agents.
